Shipping charges apply when using standard shipping. Shipping charges are listed on each product detail page. Regardless of the total purchase amount, the shipping fee listed will be charged per item.

Product delivery time
After confirming the payment of the order, we will ship the product within 7 business days for the products in stock. For made-to-order items, we will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail.
Product returns, exchanges, and order cancellations
We do not accept any cancellations or changes (additions or alterations) after the delivery date has been confirmed (after the delivery date confirmation e-mail has been sent). Please be sure to check the contents of your order before completing your order.
For made-to-order items and items ordered from overseas, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes (additions or alterations) after payment has been completed.
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us from the Contact Us page within 5 days of receipt of the product. After confirming the situation, we will replace it with the same product or repair it. If the same product is available, or if the problem can be corrected by replacing parts or repairing the product, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns for any reason. Please be aware of this before placing an order. Please be sure to check the contents of your order before placing your order, as we cannot cancel, change, or exchange colors or sizes of ordered items.
Although we try to reproduce the actual color and texture of the product as much as possible in the product photos, slight differences in color may occur depending on your PC monitor (differences in LCD, brightness, etc.), screen settings, and the conditions under which the product photos were taken.
