One hour of time is available for each slot.

Up to four people including the person making the reservation can visit the store. Please be accompanied by the person who made the reservation.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and only one slot can be reserved per person. Please refrain from reserving more than one slot.

To make a reservation, you must enter your name, number of guests (up to 4), phone number, and email address.

If there are any errors in the above input information, or if there are any input information that appears to be incomplete, we will contact you by email to confirm.

There is no need to register or log in in advance; you can make a reservation by simply entering the required information above.

If you wish to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, change the date, or be late for your appointment, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Even if you arrive late, you may be asked to leave at the time you reserved depending on other reservation circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Please refrain from bringing pets (animals). Pets are allowed if they are kept in a special cage.

Payment methods accepted in store are credit card, debit card and cash.
